How is my order sent?

We cooperate with DHL and Budbee for deliveries outside Sweden. 

DHL delivers worldwide. Before your delivery, you'll receive a text message where you can choose one delivery option. In addition, all shipping with DHL is climate-smart, thanks to our collaboration with DHL Go Green.

Budbee offers fast and smooth delivery options to Denmark and Finland. Budbee's app updates you on the latest information regarding your order. In the app, you can easily track your order and, according to your wishes, choose how your package is to be delivered.

You can choose to have your package delivered directly to your door, or you can choose to pick up your order in a Budbee box near you.

A PIN code will be sent for deliveries to the Budbee box when your package is ready to be picked up. You use the PIN code when retrieving the package.
