Material
Bodås 2.0 XCS is:
- Made in Cross Country Suede
- Guaranteed free of fluorocarbons
- Treated to be water repellent and breaths well
- Easy to take on with elastics on both sides of the shaft
- Lined with vegetable-tanned leather
- Reinforced both in front and in back of the shoe
- Grip friendly with a rubber outsole and good pattern
Care
Shoes made of Cross Country suede are easy to clean with a soft brush and, if necessary, with water and mild soap that is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the shoe.
Dry your shoes at room temperature and remove eventual insoles to speed up the process. Impregnate the shoes if necessary, preferably with a water-based spray that is environmentally friendly.
Easy to clean with water and mild soap. Should be impregnated regularly with an impregnation spray. If the suede becomes worn treat with product care for suede/nubuck, for example Renovating Formula. Should not be lubricated with shoe wax because the suede can lose its character. Do not dry at high temperatures. Don´t forget the inside, get rid of any sand or gravel.

We recommend a minimum of 5mm for the feets to move naturally.

Production
In 2009 we moved our production from Sweden to Bosnia & Herzegovina, where the craftsmanship and art of making shoes are preserved and prospering. In 2017 Kavat D.O.O opened, a brand new and top-modern facility in Novi Travnik. Here, 90 employees are working together, 300 pairs of high-quality leather shoes per day.
