Can I return an item purchased online in one of your stores?

It is easy to return an item purchased online in one of our stores. 

 

For a return to be approved, the product needs to be in an undamaged condition. The original shoe carting and price tags must remain. 

 

The amount is refunded through Klarna.

Can I exchange an item purchased online?

If you want to exchange an item purchased online, return the original item and place a new order. We do not accept requests for an exchange on the return form - as the desired item may be sold out when your package arrives.
