If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing it. Unfortunately, if the package has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we’re unable to stop the delivery.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add items to an order that has already been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our warehouse for processing, which means we’re unable to make any changes afterward.
If you wish to purchase additional products, we recommend placing a new order. You’re also welcome to contact our customer service to check if there’s still time to cancel your original order, so you can place a new one including all the items you want.
Please note that multiple orders cannot be combined afterward, and shipping costs apply to each order according to our standard terms.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive a separate email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your delivery.
