How do I return?

If your order did not turn out as you intended, we always apply 60 days of open purchase to all products you buy online. Our Kavat stores offer a 60-day open purchase/exchange right. 

To send back an item, ensure you fill out the required fields on the return form.  

Both shoes and the original shoebox must be packed in protective outer packaging, preferably the same packaging in which you received the delivery. The item you return must be in an undamaged condition with all possible price labels. 

Paste the return label on the outer packaging. 

Submit your package to your nearest service point.
