    WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    We only accept card payments via the certified payment solution Stripe from a number of different card companies. 

    MY PAYMENT WAS DENIED, WHAT CAN I DO?
    Kavat cannot give you any information about why your payment was denied or why it failed due to EU-regulations and security reasons. Kavat has no way of retrieving that kind information since it is completely managed by the certified payment service provided by Stripe.

    Our recommendations:
    Contact your credit card issuer directly. Ask why your card was declined, and whether you can still use it. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again.

    Secondly, contact Stripe, here's their support.

    HOW CAN I SEE MY ORDER?
    You will always receive a confirmation message via e-mail when you have placed your order. A new e-mail is also sent every time the order status changes.


    HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
    You can easily track you shipment using the delivery number stated in the order confirmation message sent to you via e-mail.


    HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
    If you wish to exchange an item, for instance into a different size or colour, simply return your item to us and order another one at www.kavat.com. Please do not state any requests for exchange on the return form of the return shipment – we do not accept exchange requests since the desired item can be sold out once we receive your shipment. You, as a customer, pay for return shipping fees in case of exchanges.


    CAN I MAKE ADDITIONS/CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
    We work together with an external logistics partner who packs and ships your order as soon as it arrives. If we have time to stop your order before it is shipped we can cancel it. Any changes or additions are done by placing a new order.


    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
    This is only applicable for customers at Kavat.com/Kavat.se. We recommend that you return the shoes back through a public and/or DPD connected postal service, or with a courier who delivers to the door.

    Fill in the return form that came with your delivery (can also be found here) and include it in your return package. You are responsible for packing the items in such way that they are not harmed during the freight. If you regret your purchase or change to another item/colour/size you stand for the return freight.
